Rotary Pouch Machine in a 40ft Container: Export Shipping, Step by Step

Aug 24, 2026

When a rotary pouch packing line leaves our factory, it does not travel loose. The machine, spare parts and tooling are loaded into a 40ft container using a packing plan refined over 30 years of manufacturing experience. For the customer, that means the line arrives complete, protected and ready to run.

Planning the Load

Before anything moves, our export team measures every module and builds a loading plan on paper. A rotary pouch machine, its frame, hoppers and conveyor are arranged so that heavy items sit low and fragile panels stay cushioned. Nothing is left to guesswork.

Protection for a Long Sea Journey

  • Each stainless module is wrapped in anti-rust film with desiccant bags
  • Wooden crates are reinforced for stacking inside the container
  • Control cabinets travel upright with shock indicators on the crate

Documentation and Customs

The container ships with a complete export pack: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and machine manuals. Every crate is photographed before the doors close, so the customer can verify the load on arrival.

Unpacking Support

When the container reaches its destination, our engineers join by video call for the unpacking check. Each crate is ticked against the packing list, and installation can start the same week.
