What separates a packaging machine that runs for years from one that breaks down in months? Quality control at the factory. With 30 years of manufacturing experience, Link Machinery controls every step from raw stainless steel to the shipping crate.
Only food-grade stainless steel enters our workshop. Incoming sheets and components are inspected against certificates before they reach the cutting table.
Frames are welded by certified welders, then polished to a clean, hygienic finish. Critical dimensions are checked against the drawing before assembly begins.
Electrical cabinets are built and labeled to CE standards. Every wire, sensor and cylinder is checked against the wiring diagram during assembly.
Every machine runs continuously for up to 72 hours with real product before it is allowed to leave. We check bag weight accuracy, seal strength, temperature stability and cycle speed — and we fix anything that drifts.
A final checklist covers cosmetics, documentation and spare parts. Then the machine is wrapped, crated and photographed for the shipping record.
