For liquid products that sell in high volume, speed decides the order. A 16-lane liquid packaging machine fills and seals hundreds of pouches per minute, and Link Machinery builds these lines with 30 years of manufacturing experience behind every station.
Film is formed into sixteen parallel pouches, each with its own filling nozzle and sealing station. Product flows from a central tank through a manifold that feeds every lane evenly, so no lane ever runs short.
High-volume liquids such as water, juice, sauce and detergent are ideal. The line pays back fastest when daily output is large and labor cost is high, because one operator supervises the whole machine.
Wet parts are quick-release for daily wash-down, and switching pouch sizes takes minutes, not hours. That keeps the line flexible for seasonal products.
