Inside the Link Factory Assembly Center: Where Machines Come Together

The heart of our packaging machine factory in Xiamen is the assembly center, where frames, motors, sensors and panels become finished packaging machines. It is a clean, organized floor built around one rule learned from 30 years of manufacturing experience: assembly quality decides machine reliability.

Layout and Work Cells

Each machine is built in a dedicated cell with its own tooling board, parts trolley and wiring station. Assemblers follow a step-by-step build sheet, and every part is checked before it is fitted.

Wiring and Pneumatics

Control cabinets are wired to CE standards with labeled cables and numbered terminals. Air lines are routed and tested for leaks before the machine is powered on.

First Power and Dry Run

The first power-up is always supervised. Motors are jogged, sensors are tested against the logic program, and the machine runs empty to confirm every movement.

Test With Real Product

Before any machine is accepted for shipment, it runs with the customer’s own product. Bag weight, seal strength and speed are recorded on a test sheet that travels with the machine.
