This demonstration shows Link Machinery’s automatic sachet liquid packaging machine filling and sealing honey, sauce and other viscous liquids into pillow-type sachets at commercial speed. Every packing machine in the Link range is tested with real products before delivery.
1. Film feeding. The packaging film is drawn from the roll and formed into a vertical tube around the forming collar.
2. Precision dosing. A servo-driven metering pump delivers an exact volume of liquid on every cycle, holding fill accuracy within ±1% for honey and sauce.
3. Sealing and cutting. Heated sealing jaws close the sachet top and bottom, then the cutter separates each sachet with a clean edge. Date coding can be added inline.
4. Output. Finished sachets drop onto the conveyor or collection tray, counted automatically.
Single-serve honey sachets, sauce portions, jam, syrup, salad dressing and liquid condiments for foodservice, retail and hospitality.
