This test-run report shows Link Machinery’s automatic liquid pouch packing machine verifying filling accuracy on honey pouches under real production conditions. The machine runs a full shift test with weighed samples collected at regular intervals.
1. Warm-up run. The machine runs for 15 minutes to stabilize dosing temperature and film tension.
2. Sample collection. 20 pouches are collected every 30 minutes and weighed on a calibrated scale.
3. Data recording. Every sample weight is recorded; the PLC log is exported for comparison with the scale readings.
Across the full shift, all samples stayed within ±1% of the 30 g target (29.7–30.3 g). No underweight pouches were detected, and anti-drip nozzles kept the sealing area clean throughout the run. The results confirm the machine’s suitability for honey and other viscous products in single-serve pouch formats.
