High speed filling and packaging machine for granular grain and rice

This automated equipment integrates feeding, metering, filling and packaging to provide you with efficient and accurate packaging solutions.

(1) The production process starts with the feeder. Materials, such as rice and grains, are evenly fed through a vibrating hopper. The advanced conveying system ensures continuous and stable feeding to avoid blockage or waste.

(2) The materials enter the multi-head weighing system. The equipment is equipped with high-precision sensors and multiple weighing hoppers work in parallel to achieve efficient and accurate weight control.

The metering error of each material is strictly controlled within 0.5 grams to meet the needs of different packaging specifications.

(3) The accurately metered materials are conveyed to the high-speed filling and packaging machine.

The packaging machine automatically forms the packaging film roll and fills the material into the packaging bag, which is then sealed using heat sealing technology. All this is done at high speed, with a packaging capacity of up to 80-120 bags per minute, significantly improving efficiency.

(4) After packaging, the finished packaging bags are output through a conveyor belt and passed through a quality inspection device. The system can automatically detect whether the weight, sealing and appearance of each bag are qualified. Packages that do not meet the standards will be automatically rejected.
