The Challenge

The factory packed juice on a semi-automatic line: operators filled and sealed pouches manually, with frequent spills, inconsistent fill volumes and changeovers that took a full shift. Output was capped at about 40 pouches per minute, and giveaway was eating into already tight margins on fresh juice.
