This is a fully automated packaging production line specifically designed to handle the entire process of making individual product pouches and then packing them into cartons. First, the machine automatically folds rolled-up packaging film into small pouches, inserts the individual product (such as snack bars, soap, or tablets), and heat-seals them, resulting in individual small packages (like individual snack bags in supermarkets). Second, another part of the machine automatically folds flat cardboard into empty cartons, inserts the newly made individual pouches (which can also hold instructions or small gifts), and finally seals the cartons. The entire process requires no human intervention; the machines do everything from start to finish, much faster than manual labor, and ensure that each pouch and carton is uniformly neat and uniform.
This machine is mainly used for packing bread / bakery, chocolate, sweets, biscuit, vitelline pie, lollipop, moon cake, ice cream, card, wet issue, spoon, toothbrush, soap, slipper, scourer ball, syringe, hardware, and commodity and the products with regular shape and no sticky.
