Maintenance of particle packaging machine:

1、 Routine maintenance

Focusing on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening, routine maintenance shall be carried out during and after the operation of the machine.

The first level maintenance is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance, and the key work is to lubricate, fasten and check all relevant parts and their cleaning.

The secondary maintenance work focuses on inspection and adjustment. Specifically, the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and braking components shall be inspected.

The three-level maintenance focuses on detecting, adjusting and eliminating hidden troubles and balancing the wear degree of various components. It is necessary to carry out diagnostic detection and status inspection on the parts that affect the service performance of the equipment and the parts with fault symptoms, so as to complete the necessary replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.

2、 Seasonal maintenance

It means that the packaging equipment shall focus on the detection and repair of components such as fuel and lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system before summer and winter every year.

3、 Disable maintenance

It means that when the packaging equipment needs to be stopped for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter break), cleaning, cosmetic surgery, supporting and anti-corrosion shall be done well.
