Working Principle

1. Packaging material is fed to the forming section from a film roll support. The machine
forms the pouch structure while the product is metered and fed through the filling port.

2. The filled pouches then pass through the sealing and cutting sections to form the designated
three-side-seal package. For double-pack applications, the dual-channel design allows two different
products to be packaged separately in adjacent chambers.

3. Actual packaging performance depends on product characteristics, packaging material, pouch size
and final machine configuration.
