Core working principle:

Manually insert the product or connect to the material sorter, put the product into the feedconveyor, open a

single box at the box opening station, spray glue and bond the bottom, and transfer it to the boxingstation through

transportation.Three PPU robots allocate the number of boxes for boxing. After the boxing is completed,the folding

lid is sprayed and sealed.

Operation process:

put the product, open the box and cover at the same time and flow to the cartoning station 1> product conveying 1>

product inspection 1> PPU boxing (automatically completed by the equipment) 1> spray glue sealing 1>finished

product flows out (flows into the next section of the assembly line)
