Tool-Free Adjustments

On a fast changeover VFFS machine, bag length is set on the HMI because the servo feed does the work. Forming tube, sealing jaws and film roll are the only parts the operator touches, and they are designed for quick release.

A Standard Changeover Routine

• Stop the film and clear the sealing area
• Swap the forming tube and jaws with quick-release clamps
• Load the new film and recall the saved recipe from the HMI

Recipes Save Time and Errors

Every bag size and film combination can be saved as a recipe. The machine sets temperatures, jaw timing and film tension automatically, so the result is the same every time.
