Product Introduction This fully automatic ice packaging machine is designed for the efficient packaging of granular ice, ice cubes, tube ice, crushed ice, and other common commercial ice products. Its vertical roll-to-roll construction integrates bag making, product filling, sealing, and finished bag output into one unit. The durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel body operates even in humid production environments. The configuration shown includes back sealing and serrated openings. This machine can also be integrated with ice-making equipment, providing ice plants, cold chain suppliers, beverage companies, and commercial ice distributors with a more automated production and packaging process.
Industrial Ice Maker Principle: Water first automatically enters a water reservoir through an inlet valve. It's then pumped by a water pump to a distribution pipe, which evenly distributes the water to the evaporator, where it's cooled by the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. At this point, the water is cooled to freezing point. The water that reaches freezing point solidifies into ice, while the water that doesn't freeze in the evaporator flows back into the water reservoir, where the pump begins the cycle again. When the ice reaches the desired thickness, it enters the de-icing phase. At this point, high-pressure hot air from the compressor is directed through a reversing valve to the evaporator, replacing the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. This creates a film of water between the ice and the evaporator, which pulls the ice away from the evaporator, where it falls freely by gravity into the ice storage tank below.
