Multi line powder packaging machine is generally used for packaging coffee powder, milk powder, soybean powder, protein powder, sesame paste, yam powder, medicine powder, grape sugar powder, soft white sugar, cake powder and orange juice powder
Its technical features are:
1. Pneumatic control, simple structure and low failure rate.
2. The touch screen PLC control system is adopted, which makes the operation more simple and convenient.
3. Variable frequency speed regulation, the knife sealing will be opened automatically when the machine is stopped, which can control unnecessary waste.
4. Bag making, filling, metering, sealing and product output are completed at one time.
Therefore, the powder multi pass machine needs to pay attention to the following five points:
(1) When changing the filling volume or materials, an experienced engineer must be asked to reset the relevant settings of the feeding device.
(2) Do not open the control cabinet door casually to avoid dust entering and affecting the normal operation of electrical components.
(3) Regularly check whether the sensor connector, junction box, liquid level gauge and electrical components used for control are damaged to ensure the measurement accuracy of the packaging machine.
(4) Standard weighing instruments must be used (the error is 1 / 3 of the tolerance of the powder packaging machine)
(5) Check the coordination of the action of each pneumatic element, whether there is air leakage, damage and cleanliness. Replace if necessary.
